Dereck's Story

Dereck and his twin brother Michael were born at Sacred Heart Medical Center. They were delivered at 24weeks - 3 days. This means that they were 4 months premature. They struggled to stay alive while in the Neo Natal Intensive Care Center.
After 6 long months Michael and Dereck finally got to come home. This would be a very difficult journey.
